ACT Branch End of Year Event | Student Case Study | 12 Dec

Interesting Case event presented by ASA Committee for local students. Round out the year by showing our budding sonographers support by attending this end of year social and educational event sponsored & catered by Canon. 

Local students are invited and encouraged to come present a 5 – 10 min interesting case at the ASA Canon student presentation evening & end of year event. If you would like to present please forward your name and title of your presentation to teri.carmody@gmail.com by Tues 10th December. 

Format

• 5 - 10 slides in 5 minutes
• Key learning outcomes should be included in the presentation
• Any information about the pathology or condition should be kept concise
• Ensure that patient ID is removed from images and clips
• A suggested presentation structure includes: title, patient history, images/clips highlighting key learning points, patient follow-up and outcomes
• Presentations should be uploaded to a USB and it is recommended that images are also uploaded to a separate device in case of any issues
• Please arrive a few minutes early in order for your presentation to be uploaded and checked
